Position :- Mobile Lead

About the Role :

Were looking for a Mobile Lead with deep expertise in Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), Jetpack Compose, and end-to-end Android application development. Youll play a critical role in building modern, scalable, and maintainable mobile apps that deliver world-class user experiences.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

- Drive cross-platform development using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).

- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship features end-to-end.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of Android codebases.

- Mentor junior developers and uphold high coding standards and best practices.

- Stay current with the latest Android and mobile development trends.

Skills & Qualifications :

years of experience in Android application development.

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

- Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).

- Solid understanding of Android architecture components and modern app patterns (MVVM, MVI, etc.).

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, offline caching, and background processing.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing frameworks.

Bonus Points If You have :

- Experience with Compose Multiplatform (JetBrains).

- Contributions to open-source projects or tech blogs.

- Published apps in the Play Store.
