Job Role:
The
Inside Account Executive
- New Lead Generation will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales leads through proactive outbound calling and email campaigns. This position requires a results-driven individual with a strong customer-centric approach to sales, the ability to build rapport with potential clients, and a commitment to achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new sales leads
- Research and identify potential clients that align with the company's target market and sales goals
- Build relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for the company's products or services
- Develop and execute account plans to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, product, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
- Provide regular updates on lead activity and progress towards goals to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales
- Proven track record of generating new leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to research and identify potential clients that align with the company's target market and sales goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools
