Job Title: Data Entry Executive / Back Office Executive Recruitment Operations (Baroda)

Location: Baroda On-site (9:30 AM 6:30 PM, 1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter candidate details into our proprietary ATS (Applicant Tracking System), CRM, and recruitment databases
  • Manage and update records in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Upload resumes and maintain well-organized digital files
  • Enrich candidate profiles with additional information when available
  • Download resumes from job boards and other sources (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure back office operations run smoothly
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in  data entry, back office work, or administrative support (preferably in HR / recruitment industry)
  • Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Strong attention to detail with fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word
  • Good communication skills for effective coordination
  • Commitment to confidentiality and data security
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
