Role Summary:

Junior Data Analyst Position

Stier Solutions Inc is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data for business decisions. As an entry-level analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, processing, and presenting data insights that support key business objectives.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are passionate about building a strong foundation in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful insights.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Support in preparing presentations and data summaries for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of data used in analysis.
  • Assist in automating routine data processes where possible.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis methods.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Python/R programming languages for data analysis.
  • Internship or project experience in handling real-world datasets.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Excel advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).

Ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
