Role & responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and execute test cases manually for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform smoke, sanity, functional, regression, and UI testing.
  • Log defects clearly with steps to reproduce and screenshots.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA team members.
  • Participate in test planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain test documentation and update test case repositories.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certification (optional but preferred).
