Job Opening: Backend Developer (Contract, CST Time Zone)

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our team on a contractual basis (2–3 months). You will be working in CST hours, closely syncing with our existing development team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop a backend module that will integrate into our existing microservice architecture.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team during stand-ups and ensure progress is aligned with project milestones.
  • Implement best practices for security, performance, and reliability.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in and (or NestJS).
  • Good understanding of microservices and service-to-service communication.
  • Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and authentication (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Docker, testing frameworks, and CI/CD is a plus.
  • Must be available to work in CST time zone (3:30 pm - 12:30pm, pref).

Contract Details

  • Duration: 2–3 months (depending on task completion).
  • Pay: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience & expertise).
  • Type: Contractual (with possibility of extension).
