GoAnywhere MFT Administrator (L2-L3)
 who will be responsible for managing, supporting, and troubleshooting the 
GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in 
file transfer protocols, automation, and security
 while providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

L2 Responsibilities:

  • Monitor 
    GoAnywhere MFT
     jobs, transfers, and logs for failures or anomalies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve 
    day-to-day issues
     related to file transfers and automation.
  • Assist users with 
    onboarding, job scheduling, and access management
    .
  • Perform routine 
    health checks and maintenance
     of the GoAnywhere environment.
  • Document 
    standard operating procedures (SOPs)
     and known issues with resolutions.

L3 Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and upgrades
     of the GoAnywhere MFT platform.
  • Manage 
    GoAnywhere services, SSL/TLS certificates, PGP encryption
    , and key management.
  • Design and implement 
    secure, automated file transfer workflows
     with encryption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve 
    complex integration issues
     with databases, cloud storage, and APIs.
  • Implement security policies, 
    compliance standards (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.), and audit controls
    .
  • Optimize 
    performance tuning and capacity planning
     of GoAnywhere infrastructure.
  • Work closely with 
    vendors, security teams, and application owners
     for enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Lead 
    root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management
     for critical incidents.

Required Skills & Experience:

 
Hands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT (Minimum 4+ years).

Strong understanding of 
file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, etc.)
.

Experience with 
GoAnywhere Workflows, Triggers, and Secure Forms
.

Expertise in 
scripting languages (Shell, PowerShell, or Python) for automation
.

Knowledge of 
encryption methods (PGP, SSL, TLS) and secure authentication mechanisms
.

Familiarity with 
networking concepts (firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, DMZ environments, etc.)
.

Experience with 
database integrations (SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and cloud storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob, etc.)
.

Exposure to 
ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management)
.

Strong 
troubleshooting and RCA
 skills for performance and security issues.
