Job Description Responsibilities : Below are the roles and responsibilities for your reference - Proficiency in configuring and managing GoAnywhere MFT software. Strong knowledge of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, etc.). Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Familiarity with encryption standards and practices. Understanding of network and security principles. Design and Implement MFT Solutions: Develop, configure, and maintain managed file transfer solutions using GoAnywhere to ensure secure and reliable data exchanges. Automation and Scripting: Create and manage automated file transfer workflows, including scheduling, scripting, and monitoring processes. Security Management: Ensure compliance with security policies and protocols, implementing encryption and secure file transfer methods. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for GoAnywhere MFT issues, troubleshooting problems and resolving them in a timely manner. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand their file transfer requirements and provide effective solutions. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all MFT processes, configurations, and protocols. Training: Provide training and guidance to team members on the use of GoAnywhere tools and best practices for secure file transfers Additional Responsibilities: Good knowledge on software configuration management systems Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate Two or three industry domain knowledge Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available Client Interfacing skills Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies Project and Team management Technical and Professional Requirements: Primary openings: GoAnywhere MFT
