Job Description:

Modern Industries is looking for a
Production Supervisor
with
1–2 years of experience
in the
sheet metal manufacturing industry
. The role requires strong shop-floor involvement, manpower handling, and support in achieving daily production targets.

Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
candidates will be preferred.

Freshers passionate about learning
may also apply.

Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience in production (sheet metal industry preferred)
  • Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
  • Ability to handle manpower and daily production activities
  • Basic understanding of press machines, welding, CNC, and cutting processes
  • Good communication and problem-solving attitude
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Face-to-face interviews only

Salary:

Up to ₹20,000 per month

  • Relevant education in engineering, business, or a related field, along with prior experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
