We are seeking a
strategic, entrepreneurial SVP-Revenue
to lead our revenue engine across sales, delivery, and customer success. This is a
CRO-track role
- owning growth at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and AI.

What You'll Do

  • Dominate Market Share
    : Drive 10× growth over the next two years, strengthening India leadership while decisively out-executing competitors.
  • Cross-Sell & New Verticals
    : Use sales as the spearhead to expand aggressively into
    collections and support
    , capturing a significant share of these adjacent markets.
  • Enterprise Growth Engine:
    Lead and close $1M+ ACV enterprise deals, building enduring relationships with India's top brands.
  • Support International Expansion
    : Shape and drive entry into Southeast Asia, MENA, Europe, and North America.
  • P&L Ownership
    : Own revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin across all verticals, with direct accountability to the company's growth story.
  • Operational Rigor
    : Build an "operational army" in success - ensuring unmatched execution discipline, precision forecasting, and scalable systems.
  • World-Class Sales Culture
    : Recruit, coach, and scale India's strongest sales and success organization, with a culture of high agency, ownership, and speed.
  • Systems & Scale
    : Build sales ops, renewal engines, playbooks, and revenue systems that create compounding leverage.
  • Customer Lifetime Value
    : Drive retention, upsell, and NRR through deep partnerships and relentless focus on customer outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Growth
    : Partner with Product, Marketing, and the CEO's Office to unlock new growth opportunities and strategic bets.

What We're Looking For

  • 12–20 years of experience
    with 10 yrs+ leading P&Ls at high-growth, tech-enabled businesses.
  • Proven
    enterprise sales closer
    with a track record of $1M+ ACV+ deals.
  • Deep understanding of
    Indian enterprise buyers
    across BFSI, e-commerce, consumer durables, marketplaces, health, education, and more.
  • Two priority candidate personas
    :

  • Top-tier consulting leaders
    : Senior leaders/partners from Bain, BCG, or similar firms who have led
    large-scale AI and digital transformations
    and managed multi-hundred crore P&Ls

  • CRO-track operators
    : Senior revenue leaders at
    AI-native or tech-enabled services companies
    , who have scaled enterprise revenue and operations.

  • Hybrid mindset
    : equally fluent in boardroom strategy, operational rigor, and on-ground execution.

  • Strong grasp of
    unit economics and ROI-driven decision-making
    .
  • Builder and operator: able to craft strategy, scale systems, and deliver results without losing execution focus.
