You'll be the "Business Operator" / mini-COO* helping us run and scale SecComply.You will:•⁠ ⁠Drive day-to-day operations– projects, follow-ups, tracking, and execution•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, consultants, and partners•⁠ ⁠Help shape *processes, offerings, and playbooks•⁠ ⁠Support in *sales & marketing* – proposals, decks, calls, LinkedIn campaigns•⁠ ⁠Own *numbers* – pipeline, revenue tracking, collections follow-up, etc.•⁠ ⁠Work closely with founders to *grow existing business to the next levelIf things go well, this role naturally grows into a COO / Business Head track.
