We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Precast Site Engineer to join our construction team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that the construction work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with technical specifications and project plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Role & responsibilities

  • Site Supervision: Oversee and supervise the installation and assembly of precast concrete component on-site.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with Project managers and construction teams to ensure project timelines are met as per schedule.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities are conducted in compliance with Compliance with design specifications. Conduct regular site safety inspection and audits and promote a culture of safety among workers
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to the construction team, addressing any on-site issues or technical challenges that may arise. Ensure that construction methods and techniques adhere to industry standards and project requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, Progress report including daily reports, work logs, material delivery receipts, and safety inspections. Ensure that all site documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
  • Ensure quality control of precast components during installation
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, including technical problems, resource shortages, or logistical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to the project.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in precast project.

  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.

  • Proficiency in using construction management software and engineering tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
