Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Structural designer with experience in commercial and industrial building projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural modeling, detailing, and engineering support, particularly in precast concrete systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate and detailed 3D models using Tekla Structures for commercial and industrial building projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive shop drawings, GA drawings, and reinforcement details for precast and structural elements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of design intent and construction feasibility.
  • Apply industry standards and project specifications to ensure model accuracy and drafting quality.
  • Support the engineering team in precast layout planning, connection detailing, and quantity take-offs.
  • Identify and resolve modeling clashes and constructability issues during the design phase.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Tekla Structures with a focus on precast concrete modeling.
  • Experience in commercial and industrial building projects is essential.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field is preferred.
