Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on Kubernetes/Java Developer to design, develop, and manage large-scale, high-performance messaging middleware and distributed systems. The role involves working on cloud-native platforms, implementing resilient applications, and optimizing development, deployment, and operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Java, along with experience in distributed messaging frameworks and stream processing systems. Familiarity with Python and cloud computing platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain high-performance messaging middleware and frameworks.

  • Develop resilient applications leveraging containerized platforms and Kubernetes.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize containerized applications and cloud infrastructure.

  • Contribute to improving SDLC, testing, configuration, and developer experience with a shift-left approach.

  • Assist in application migration from traditional infrastructure to cloud-native/Kubernetes platforms.

  • Document solutions, best practices, and reusable components for the team.

  • Mentor and guide team members on design, development, and deployment best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.

  • Proficiency in Java and distributed system programming.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills in large-scale distributed environments.
