Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The role involves driving customer acquisition and promoting NextGen Learning Hub's services to individuals and organizations. Responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients, identifying market trends, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and managing relationships. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Representative will assist in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and training initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and brand outreach.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing with a focus on customer engagement and lead generation
  • Ability to deliver effective Training and engaging sales presentations
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms or the education industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital tools and sales software is an advantage
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
