Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage cash transactions accurately at the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Count and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to maintain balance integrity.
  • Process transactions using point of sale systems, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries.
  • Ensure all products are scanned and billed accurately during each customer transaction.
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance the customer experience.
  • Report any discrepancies or technical issues to the management promptly for resolution.
