We are looking for a detail-oriented Background Verification Executive to manage end-to-end background checks for potential hires. The role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify candidate details such as education, employment, address, and criminal records.
  • Coordinate with verification agencies and institutions.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies, ensuring timely reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree (HR or related fields preferred).
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with verification tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
