We are looking for a
Quality Control Lead

responsible for creating & implementing quality checks processes across warehouses to deliver top-notch product experience. Additionally, you will also be responsible to own the repairs & maintenance to ensure availability of quality products for rentals.

This is a lead role, focused on designing and enforcing SOPs that guarantee zero-defect deliveries, quick turnaround on damages, and an exceptional product experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Quality Process Management

  • Design and implement clear SOPs for outward and inward quality checks across all product categories.
  • Implementing the checklist within the outward and inward app flow to ensure the checks are being performed at the warehouse level.
  • Monitor quality metrics and identify process gaps to prevent defective or incomplete products from reaching customers.

2. Repairs & Replacements Process

  • Create and enforce a process for damage assessment, repair vendor engagement, and replacement procurement.
  • Oversee the flow of damaged products to ensure they are promptly repaired or replaced.
  • Monitor costs and turnaround times for repairs/replacements and optimise them without compromising quality.

3. Process & Team Management

  • Lead and guide the operations team members responsible for executing quality checks, repairs, and packaging.
  • Maintain a feedback loop with customer service to address recurring product issues through process improvements.

KPIs for Success

  • Zero Defect Delivery Rate
  • Reduction in repair/replacement TAT
  • Improve product satisfaction ratings

Location: Bangalore

Compensation: 6 lacs to 8 lacs per annum

Reporting to: COO

Qualification: BTech, with 0-2 years of experience in operations or related fields in a dynamic startup environment. Passionate about photography, gaming and travel preferred.
