Job Responsibility:
  1. Track and monitor shipment schedules, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  2. Coordinate with international vendors and forwarders for timely and accurate import operations.
  3. Manage Custom Handling Agencies and scheduling as per company policies.
  4. Taking quotation and preparation of comparison of quotes for approval of appointing CHA.
  5. Facilitate clear communication and coordination between internal departments with approx. 60 stake holders.
  6. Maintain accurate records of import activities and support audit requirements.
  7. Resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or documentation errors.
  8. Continuously learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and compliance standards.
  9. Through knowledge of BIS, Advance License, Redemption compliance requirements from Indian government for importing Materials
  10. To co-ordinate with Stores department for receipt consignments entry, import documentation collection.
  11. Conducted data analysis for transportation costs, identifying potential savings and route Selection
    Qualifications:
  • Diploma in import export.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Exim, logistic and related fields.
  • Strong business communication skills Oral and Writing.
  • Technically sound with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
  • Proactive, quick learner with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
