Role and Responsibilities: We are currently seeking an experienced ETL Snaplogic professional with expertise in ETL tools such as Informatica IICS and Datastage. The main responsibilities of this role include:
  • Designing and developing enterprise and departmental business intelligence, data warehousing, and reporting solutions
  • Collaborating with business users to understand their reporting and analytic requirements
  • Translating business requirements into ETL and report specifications
  • Developing and implementing ETL processes, reports, and queries to support business analytics
  • Providing technical and business knowledge support to the team
  • Ensuring effective communication of user requirements
  • Demonstrating critical thinking ability to define and solve problems
  • Leveraging visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau to develop impactful dashboards with a meaningful narrative
  • Possessing excellent communication skills
  • Working independently and as part of a team, influencing across functions and disciplines
  • Utilizing advanced SQL coding skills for data transformations, profiling, and query tasks
  • Experience in agile environments such as Scrum and Kanban
Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum X years of hands-on experience in ETL Snaplogic, Informatica IICS, and/or Datastage
  • Proven experience in designing and developing business intelligence and data warehousing solutions
  • Strong proficiency in SQL coding and database management
  • Experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in both individual and team settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in an agile development environment
