Job Description – UX Designer

Position: UX Designer

Experience Required: 5–6 Years

Location: Onsite – Bangalore (Client Location: Tata Medical)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative UX Designer to join our team and work directly with our client Tata Medical in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes.
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces aligned with business goals and user expectations.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of UX designs.
  • Advocate for UX best practices and maintain consistency across products.
  • Stay updated on latest trends in design, tools, and usability standards.
  • Deliver design documentation and support development teams during implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and design thinking processes.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JS) to work closely with developers.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or enterprise product design will be a plus.
