Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Java Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Core Java, multithreading, and microservices architecture, with a solid grasp of backend development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Core Java and Spring Framework
  • Build and optimize microservices-based architectures for high availability and performance
  • Implement robust multithreading logic to support concurrent processing
  • Work with MySQL databases: writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity
  • Integrate with Kafka or other message queues for asynchronous communication (good to have)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning
  • Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and scalability

Required Skills:

  • Core Java Strong hands-on experience (Must)
  • Multithreading / Concurrency – Solid understanding and implementation experience (Must)
  • Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred) – Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices (Must)
  • Microservices Architecture – Design, development, and deployment (Must)
  • Coding Skills – Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking (Must)
  • MySQL – Strong SQL skills, data modeling, and optimization (Must)
