About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in building and maintaining scalable, high-performing applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and AWS, along with exposure to modern messaging systems and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java & Spring Boot.
  • Build, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs.
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Experience with API development & integration.
  • Hands-on expertise in AWS services.
  • Knowledge of Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Understanding of security best practices in backend development.
