  • Research & Innovation:

· Assist in ideation, planning, and execution of new product development in the field of nonwoven materials.

· Conduct literature reviews, benchmarking, and technical research to support innovation in nonwoven technologies.

· Collaborate on sustainable and performance-enhancing solutions in line with industry trends and environmental goals.

  • Material Development & Testing:

· Support formulation, development, and optimization of nonwoven materials for various applications (e.g., automotive, filtration, insulation, composites).

· Evaluate and interpret test results

  • Process Development & Optimization:

· Support process optimization for efficiency, quality, and sustainability improvements.

  • Application-Focused Projects:

· Contribute to product customization and application-specific development across various end-use sectors:

  • Automotive components
  • Air & liquid filtration media
  • Toxic gas filtration
  • Sound & thermal insulation (industrial and garment-based)

  • Sustainable and bio-based nonwoven solutions

  • Data Analysis & Documentation:

· Maintain accurate records of experimental work, data analysis, and technical reports.

· Prepare technical presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and customer-based reviews.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Marketing, and Business Development for product validation and commercialization.

  • Continuous Learning & Development:

· Stay current with advancements in materials science, nonwoven technologies, sustainable practices, and industry-specific innovations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of textile materials (fibers, polymers, composites) and technical textile applications.

· Proficiency in textile testing and characterization techniques.

· Understanding of modern textile manufacturing processes and machinery.

· Problem-solving and analytical skills with a research-oriented mindset.

· Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage projects.

· Effective communication and presentation skills.

Qualification & Experience:

· Post-Graduate (M.Tech/M.Sc./M.Text) in Technical Textiles / Textile Technology / Textile Engineering.

· 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh postgraduates can also apply).

· Exposure to internships, industry projects, or research work in technical textiles will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
