Roles & Responsibilities


• Conduct Robotics, Coding, and STEM classes for students across various age groups (6–16 years).


• Teach using platforms such as LEGO Mindstorms/EV3, Spike Prime, WeDo, Arduino, sensors, and other robotics kits.


• Deliver structured curriculum lessons, ensuring high-quality classroom engagement and concept understanding.


• Assist students in building, programming, and testing robotics models and projects.


• Prepare and maintain lesson plans, class reports, material checklists, and student progress records.


• Encourage creative thinking and problem-solving through project-based learning.


• Provide support during workshops, school programs, competitions, and events like FLL (First Lego League).


• Ensure safety, discipline, and smooth functioning of sessions.


• Collaborate with the academic and operations team to improve curriculum and student learning experience.


• Guide students in robotics competitions, innovation challenges, and exhibitions.

Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE, CSE, Mechatronics, Mechanical) or related STEM field.


• Strong understanding of basic robotics, sensors, circuits, and programming concepts.


• Hands-on experience with LEGO robotics kits, Scratch, Python, or block-based coding (preferred).


• Good communication, teaching, and classroom-management skills.


• Passion for teaching children and introducing them to technology.


• Ability to simplify technical concepts and make learning fun and interactive.
