Job Overview

The B2C Executive at Doshion PolyScience Pvt Ltd will play a key role in driving direct-to-consumer sales initiatives. This full-time, junior position is based in Ahmedabad and requires candidates with one to three years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, building customer relationships, conducting market research, and ensuring effective product promotion in the assigned region.

Qualifications and Skills

  • B2C Sales experience with a proven track record of driving direct sales and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in lead generation processes, leveraging digital platforms and traditional channels to expand the customer base.
  • Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management to achieve customer satisfaction and retain clients effectively.
  • Skilled in conducting comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor industry trends.
  • Strong product knowledge with the capacity to communicate and demonstrate technical aspects to prospective customers.
  • Experienced in using MS Office applications for preparing reports, presentations, and tracking sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer needs are understood and met.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive client relations.

  • Identify, contact, and convert prospective customers for the company's products through targeted B2C sales strategies.
  • Manage leads throughout the sales funnel, following up promptly and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Perform regular market research to understand emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the product portfolio to provide accurate information and address customer queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and share market insights for business development planning.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management as needed.
  • Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to enhance product visibility.
