Admin / Back Office Executive

Admin Duties:
- Maintain an organized office: Ensure a well-organized and tidy work environment by managing office layout and storage.
- Office and facilities management
- Oversee facility maintenance: Handle vendor relations for facility maintenance and coordinate with IT for equipment setup and troubleshooting.
- Manage supplies and equipment: Monitor inventory of office and pantry supplies, place and track orders, and oversee maintenance contracts for office equipment.
- Procurement and vendor relations: Liaise with suppliers, negotiate deals for office needs, and manage vendor relationships.
- Executive and meeting support
- Manage calendars: Coordinate executive calendars, schedule appointments, and book meetings to ensure efficient time management.
- Handle correspondence: Answer and screen phone calls, manage emails, and route communications to the appropriate individuals.
- Coordinate travel: Arrange comprehensive travel plans and itineraries for executives, including flights, transportation, and accommodations.
- Prepare documents and reports: Draft, format, and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and official use.
- Record meeting minutes: Attend meetings to take detailed notes and accurately transcribe minutes for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹39,209.19 per month
