Back Office Executive

Softzen Info Tech is looking for a Back Office Executive to handle administrative tasks, data management, customer coordination, and internal office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and good at handling computer-based tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing and updating company databases, records, and documentation
- Handling daily back-office operations and support tasks
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams via email & phone
- Managing data entry tasks accurately
- Maintaining files, documents, and office records
- Supporting HR, accounts, and management with admin work
- Responding to queries and providing timely information
- Scheduling meetings, calls, and maintaining calendars
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fast typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Problem-solving attitude
- Basic computer knowledge and internet handling
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience in data entry or back-office work
- Knowledge of CRM tools (optional)
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: ₹22325 – ₹24852 per month (based on experience)
