Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager- Hotel to manage end-to-end procurement activities for our hotel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in purchasing FMCG products, perishables, non-perishables, and other hotel-related items, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely supply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, source, and procure grocery, perishables, non-perishables, and general hotel merchandise.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors/distributors for quality products at the best price.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across all hotel departments.
  • Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely GRN (Goods Received Note) entries.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and sales trends to prevent stock-outs or excess inventory.
  • Conduct regular vendor audits, monitor performance, and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth procurement and payment cycles.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 8 to 20 years of hotel purchase experience (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG, perishables, and hotel procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Strong analytical and inventory management capabilities.
