To reduce/maintain risk at current levels and improve portfolio quality, leading to lower lossesDuties and Responsibilities
3.  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(Accountabilities associated with the job)
 Effective team and stakeholder management.
 Regular engagement with cross functional team
 End to end understanding of loss projections in terms of AOP, recalibrated estimations done monthly basis bounce/collection inputs/trends.
 Responsible for analyzing departmental risk policies, portfolio analysis, policy audits, bounce analysis and new customer acquisition analysis.
 Regular engagement with stakeholders to identify new business opportunity and take policy actions on marginal segments.
 Actively engagement with RCU team to keep controls on fraud accounts at acquisition levels. Understanding past trends and build fraud trigger mechanism
 Required system changes and controls to be explored and get this build in system
 Review Risk review and operating deck with the team and provide insight which will lead portfolio quality.
 Risk management, process enhancement, business analysis and data analysis and take proactive corrective actions on the basis of portfolio performance.
 Understanding of SQL and automated BI reports to get execute required outcomes
 Monitor risk metrics and highlight any stress/trends and simulate on historical data for projected impact of proposals
 Ensuring policies are aligned to customer requirements and capture the right segments mix which helps in meeting targeted business volumes and budgeted loss rates.Required Qualifications and Experience

Post-graduate degree
Prior knowledge of SQL

8+ years of underwriting/Risk for unsecured products
