Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer located in Gurugram. The Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and effective designs for a wide range of contexts, including digital and print media. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing team to develop visual content, designing interfaces and graphics for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency across all design projects, and staying updated with design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience with UI/UX design, including wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
  • Strong design fundamentals; typography, color theory, and layout skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing and product development
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • Experience in e-commerce or a related industry is a plus
