Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist with screening resumes and applications with Sr Recruitment Consultants.
- Assist with recruitment activities and coordination, which may include meeting compliance.
- Collect, update and maintain the database of recruitment.
- Help in preparing Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects.
- Plan, Call and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Prepare Daily reports and update the hiring superiors/ mentors.
- Provide support in administering HR Activities.
- Fulfil tasks set out by CEO and Mentors/superiors.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Perform tasks and complete the given work at a supervisor's request.
