About the Role:

We are looking for a Web Solutions Developer who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing web-based solutions that meet business needs and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development & Integration:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications and portals using modern web technologies.
  • Build custom web solutions based on business requirements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, ).
  • Integrate web solutions with backend systems and APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP).

Solution Design & Customization:

  • Participate in technical planning and architectural discussions for new web-based features or products.
  • Customize and extend CMS or web platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or headless CMS) as needed.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and scalability.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, QA testers, and IT infrastructure.
  • Translate functional specifications into technical solutions and detailed development tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with headless CMS, JAMstack architecture, or serverless platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Understanding of containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing tools.
