Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Coaching Program Coordinator - Intern, based in Mumbai with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The responsibilities include assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of coaching programs, liaising with clients and coaches, providing support for training sessions, and contributing to the development of innovative coaching materials. The intern will also assist in organizing workshops, tracking progress for participants, and ensuring seamless program delivery while upholding UCF's high standards of coaching excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and skills in Life Coaching and Coaching methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
- Experience or interest in Training and facilitating structured coaching sessions
- A keen interest in Personal Development and self-improvement
- Organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple programs effectively
- Proactive and adaptable approach to working in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree or ongoing education in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
