Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Football Coach Partner. The Football Coach Partner will work closely with athletes to develop their skills, create personalized training programs, and provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship. The role will involve monitoring player performance, designing tactical and technical training plans, and fostering strong, effective communication with athletes and team members.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Football Coaching, Coaching, and football-specific skills
  • Strong Communication and mentoring skills
  • AIFF D(Mandatory)
  • Experience in designing and implementing effective Training programs
  • Ability to analyze player performance and develop improvement strategies
  • Passion for football and fostering the growth of athletes
  • Proven experience in coaching roles at any level is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is advantageous
