Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain & PO Executive with hands-on experience in managing purchase orders, logistics coordination, and working with Amazon Vendor Central. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient order processing, timely appointments, and smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track Purchase Orders (POs) from creation to fulfillment.
  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely procurement and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with Amazon Vendor Central for appointment scheduling, ASN (Advance Shipment Notice) creation, and dispatch management.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's operational and logistical requirements.
  • Schedule delivery appointments and liaise with warehouses, carriers, and Amazon FCs.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
  • Resolve PO discrepancies, shipment issues, and vendor-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of shipments, invoices, and appointments.
  • Generate regular reports related to PO status, delivery timelines, and logistics KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for invoice reconciliation and vendor payments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or PO management.
  • Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with shipment planning, dispatch processes, and carrier coordination.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, etc. preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
