* Key responsibilities

  • Inventory Management:
  • Overseeing stock levels, ensuring a sufficient supply of parts and accessories.
  • Receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming parts.
  • Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Procurement:
  • Ordering new stock from suppliers and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Negotiating prices and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Setting and enforcing policies for special and stock ordering of parts.
  • Sales and Customer Service:
  • Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, including wholesale programs.
  • Team and Department Management:
  • Supervising and training parts department employees.
  • Working with other managers (e.g., service, body shop) to ensure parts availability for repairs.
  • Monitoring and managing the department's budget.

* Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, especially inventory management software.
  • Experience in financial management and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and the industry is often preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹55,000.00 per month
