Banquet Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Manager/ AM - Banquet to join our team at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication and event management skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of banquet operations, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote events and increase revenue.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure exceptional customer service and event execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and goals.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with event planning software and technology.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
