Role & responsibilities
Role Overview:
- The requirement is for a Senior IC Quality Specialist with a background in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Candidates with experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics will also be suitable.
- The role focuses on ensuring customer experience and involves collaboration across multiple functions and departments.
2) Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience required.
- Strong communication skills are critical, as this is a global role catering to various regions.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (PPT) is desirable.
- Exposure to root cause analysis/investigation or working knowledge of the process will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with Lean Six Sigma knowledge or project experience will be preferred.
3) Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate complaint resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct or coordinate root cause investigations and communicate outcomes to customers.
- Communicate with customers primarily via email (no voice or customer-facing interaction).
- Draft and send responses related to complaint acknowledgments and corrective/preventive actions.
4) Shift & Work Details:
- Candidates should be open to working in different international time zones.
- No shift allowance will be provided.
- Notice period: 15 to 30 days
5) Compensation:
- Max Bill Rate to be considered is Rs 85,000 Rs 100,000 per month( Depended on Current and Last Salary)
Interview Process:
- Prior to the interview, candidates will receive two case studies one in Word format and another in Excel format.
- Candidates are expected to present their case study during the interview (not submit via email).
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills are advantageous for this stage.

Accountable to understand business needs, identify gaps and collaborate with ISC Improvement Teams in implementing projects to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency in the OTC space
Works closely with leveraged support functions (in particular Customer Service, Logistics including outplants, Procurement) to ensure the business requirements are most effectively met
Leads collaboration projects with strategic customers to reduce waste in the E2E Supply Chain and enhance customer and supplier collaboration
Networks with other Supply Chain Quality Leaders to optimize operations and leverage best practices globally
Works with Quality, Regulatory and Logistic functions to develop a supply chain strategy to implement applicable quality regulatory management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 22000, GMP, GDP, etc.) for all aspects of supply chain operations. Where appropriate, facilitate external systems certifications audits (e.g. ISO 9001, FDA, etc.)
Ensures effective design, implementation, and deployment of the cross functional CAMP work process for the business in the Area of scope. For example, ensure effective RCIs and minimizes rework on customer complaints
Qualifications 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain or QualityUniversity Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or other SciencesNA only: relevant military experience of an E6 ranking or higherThe critical competencies required for success are: interpersonal effectiveness, understanding customer needs, team work, taking initiative, problem solving skills, value creation, analytical skills and project management skills, disciplined and strong process-oriented skills
