Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
  • Issue materials to departments based on approved requests.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items for easy access.
  • Conduct periodic stock verification and report discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
  • Coordinate with procurement/purchase department for replenishment.
  • Keep proper documentation of goods received and issued (GRN, stock registers, etc.).
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Type: Full-time
