About the Role

We're looking for a Visual designer who can bring smart, compelling visual ideas to life across campaigns, digital, print, and retail. Someone who's hands-on with craft, has a strong design point of view, and can balance consistency with creativity across everything the brand puts out.

In this role, you will:

  • Design visual assets across marketing campaigns, website, social, print, packaging, and retail.
  • Work closely with writers, marketers, and the creative lead to bring concepts to life with clarity and polish.
  • Own the visual execution of assigned projects—from layout to typography to production-ready files.
  • Contribute to campaign ideas and actively participate in creative reviews.
  • Translate creative direction and briefs into effective, on-brand design outcomes.
  • Maintain consistency across formats while pushing for originality and fresh design thinking.
  • Keep up to speed with design trends, tools, and techniques.

Who you are:

  • A strong designer with experience working across branding, marketing, and content design.
  • Has worked on campaign rollouts across digital, print, and retail formats.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, colour, and composition.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, able to manage timelines and multiple deliverables.
  • Comfortable working solo or as part of a larger team.
  • Has good instincts, taste, and a bias for clarity and quality.
