Job Summary:

Infios is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – Product Development to lead our Order Management System (OMS) initiatives. This role is responsible for providing technical and architectural solutions for Core OMS, integrating applications, tools, and data across enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will manage and mentor a high-performing development team, collaborate with solution architects, and drive innovation and efficiency through automation and best practices.

What a day in the life looks like:

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience working on Order Management System (OMS) projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of OMS modules:
  • Payments, Order Orchestration, Order Lifecycle, Inventory, Availability, Returns.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience developing enterprise-scale microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

Delivery & Quality

• Ability to deliver modules with minimal supervision.
• Experienced in reviewing design, code, and deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Assist solution architects and team leads in estimating and scheduling development components.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Prior experience in training and mentoring junior engineers.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency through automation tools.
• Develop best practices, technical artifacts, reusable components, and tools to reduce TCO.

Collaboration

• Work effectively cross-functionally across geographies and time zones.
• Partner with architects, leads, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

What You Bring to the Team

• 10+ years of experience in software development and leadership roles.
• Deep technical expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) and related technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS, and microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams toward high performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to innovate and implement best practices for scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
