What You'll Do

  • Assist in the planning and on-ground execution of corporate events, brand activations, and social experiences.
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and clients to ensure seamless event logistics.
  • Support the team in event setup, registration, and guest management.
  • Create and manage event documentation — checklists, reports, and feedback summaries.
  • Work closely with the creative and social media team to capture event moments and create engaging content (photos, reels, and stories).
  • Research venues, suppliers, and entertainment options to contribute fresh ideas for upcoming projects.
  • Provide on-site event support, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
