We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Events Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in managing virtual and on-ground events such as conferences, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, product launches, AGMs, doctor meets, advisory board meetings, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination Support**: Assist in the execution of various virtual and on-ground events by providing logístical and operational support before, during, and after the event.
- **Collaboration with Teams**: Work closely with technical, web, design, and video teams to ensure smooth event planning and execution, both virtually and on-site.
- **Creative Assistance**: Assist in building event creatives such as web pages, digital branding, and on-ground materials for clients, ensuring they align with the event's goals.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Help liaise with both online and on-ground vendors, client teams, and event staff to ensure all event-related activities are executed as per plan.
- **Client Engagement**: Interact with clients during and post-events to gather feedback, understand their concerns, and help implement improvements for future events.
- **Relationship Building**: Assist in maintaining strong, positive relationships with existing and potential clients to expand business opportunities.
- **Solution Demonstration Assistance**: Help organize and assist in conducting solution demonstrations for clients to showcase the company's offerings.
- **Business Development Support**: Understand client queries, assist in preparing creative pitches, and support the commercial team in developing proposals and quotations.
- **Event Analysis and Reporting**: Help gather event feedback and provide insights for improving future events and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with event planning tools, social media, and digital platforms is a plus.
- Passion for events and interest in building a career in event management.
