Job Profile- Sr. Graphic Designer

About the job

We're looking for a creative, multi-disciplinary Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative

team at our Noida office. Please note this is not a WFH opportunity.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Creative Development:

Generate unique design concepts that align with client brand standards and project objectives. Ensure each design element serves a purpose and contributes to a cohesive visual narrative. 

●
Brand Identity Creation:

Work with clients to create brand identities from scratch or evolve existing brands, crafting logos, colour schemes, and visual guidelines that reflect brand personality and values. 

●
Project Management:

Plan and manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring all timelines are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and adhere to project timelines. 

●
Client Communication:

Regularly interact with clients to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and present design concepts. Communicate updates, changes, and improvements effectively. 

●
Market Research and Trend Analysis:

Research industry trends and competitor brands to offer clients innovative, relevant, and forward-thinking design solutions. 

●
Mentorship and Team Collaboration:

Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment and sharing best practices to elevate the overall quality of the design team's work. 

●
Quality Assurance:

Review all deliverables to ensure designs are pixel-perfect and align with both client expectations and company standards. 

●
Digital and Print Media Creation:

Develop graphics across multiple mediums, including digital assets for social media and web, as well as print materials like brochures, packaging, and internal branding.

●
Adaptability Across Industries:

Apply design expertise to various sectors, including FMCG, Food, Industrial, and more, ensuring designs are tailored to the unique needs and target audiences of each industry. |

Deadline Management:

Work efficiently within tight, deadline-driven timelines, balancing multiple projects without compromising quality. 

Skills and Qualifications:

● Deep understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and composition. 

● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 

● Strong ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.

● Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members. 

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities. 

●

Basic video production to create short-form videos like reels.

●

Understanding of UI/UX practices to create UIs for websites, mobile

applications and web applications.
