About the role

We are seeking a skilled
Power Apps Developer
to design, develop, and implement business applications using
Microsoft Power Platform
tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to automate workflows, enhance productivity, and build scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Experience:

  • Experience building Canvas Apps
  • Experience integrating into Dataverse to read & write data
  • Experience with Power Automate and calling API's to read and write data from external systems
  • Deploying Power App solutions using CI/CD pipelines (manual deployment to test & production environments will not be allowed)
  • Knowledge of Git source control to support the CI/CD process
  • Support the CRM Architect in documentation.

Dynamics CRM Experience (desirable but not essential):

  • Configuration of Tables, Views and Forms to support the Customer Services processes
  • Configuration of Business Process Flows within the context of CRM
  • Configuration of Security Roles
  • Configuration of Workflows
  • Maintain up-to-date skills on new features, services, and cost models.

Project Responsibilities:

  • Working within the guidelines and to the objectives defined by any project or program currently running.
  • Working within an Agile sprint structure
  • Report task updates and status reports to any relevant project streams.
  • Prioritize work items and tasks based on project or program guidance.

Key Skills, Experiences & Competencies

  • 5+ years
    ' development experience in the
    Power Platform
    – Canvas and Model-driven apps
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform
  • Strong knowledge of
    Canvas Apps
    , ideally within a
    Customer Service environment
  • Experience in building responsive Canvas Apps
  • Ability to
    design innovative
    ,
    re-usable
    solutions and components.
  • Knowledge of
    ALM tools
    (e.g., Git for Enterprise, Azure Devops).
  • Experience of integrating with
    SAP ECC6
    and
    S/4 HANA
    is a bonus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a cloud and solutions architecture context.
