Business Development-Junior

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Junior to join our team and support our market expansion efforts through deep research and analysis. This role will involve identifying potential clients, gathering company intelligence, and helping the business development team with insights that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct in-depth research on target companies, industries, and key decision-makers using online databases, Social Media Platforms, company websites, and market reports.

-Build and maintain a structured database of potential clients and relevant contacts.

-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

-Support senior business development managers in preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and proposals.

-Track and update company profiles, financial information, and partnership histories.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to align research findings with business goals.

-Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in all research reports and dashboards.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.

-Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.

-Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Tracxn, etc.).

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling.

-Proactive, organized, and eager to learn about market dynamics and client ecosystems.

Preferred Attributes:

-Prior internship or coursework in business research, sales strategy, or consulting.

-Interest in understanding various industry verticals and business models.

-Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Freshers with strong research aptitude are encouraged to apply)

-Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
