Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Gurugram, India
Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Upto 6 LPA [Negotiable for right candidate]
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and support VEYE's rapid growth trajectory. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the effective management of our most valuable assetour people.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with VEYE's business goals and expansion plans.
Provide guidance to leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent, emphasizing skills alignment and cultural fit.
Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly.
Oversee performance management systems, setting clear expectations, and facilitating regular feedback.
Employee Engagement and Culture Development:
Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Promote a positive workplace culture that reflects VEYE's values and encourages collaboration and innovation.
Manage change effectively, ensuring transparent communication and support during transitions.
Learning and Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Compliance and HR Operations:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS effectively.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a diverse workforce.
Implement strategies to promote a culture of respect and equal opportunity.
Compensation and Benefits:
Design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitiveness.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
Foster open communication channels between staff and management.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and provide insights to leadership.
Prepare regular reports on HR activities, employee satisfaction, and retention rates.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or HR certification is a plus and will be preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional English communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services sector or related industries.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications.
- Background in managing HR during periods of significant organizational growth.
