About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in creating user-friendly interfaces, intuitive user flows, and visually appealing designs for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand project requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent design language across all digital products.
  • Prepare and deliver design assets, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Good knowledge of prototyping, user flows, wireframing, and responsive layouts.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
  • Experience in design systems and component libraries.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or animations (optional).
