About the Role- We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to help us craft seamless, user-centered digital experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn user insights into engaging and intuitive interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather feedback and insights.
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into elegant, functional design solutions.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and consistency.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
  • Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction design.
  • Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks (a plus).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects.
